Key Responsibilities


  • Proactive Workload Management: Take initiative in managing daily tasks to optimize the use of resources and ensure smooth operations.

  • Routine Maintenance and Inspections: Carry out preventive maintenance and periodic checks on equipment and systems.

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues in processes, equipment, and control systems to maintain operational flow.

  • Maintain Procedure Accuracy: Ensure that all maintenance documentation is kept current and compliant with best practices.

  • Timely Repair Execution: Complete repairs efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Collaborative Maintenance: Work with a team to maintain the facilities and assist with the refurbishment and upgrades as needed.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Engage with various departments to ensure maintenance priorities are aligned with business needs.

  • Health and Safety Commitment: Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.


Essential Requirements


  • Certifications: Safe Pass and Manual Handling qualifications are preferred.

  • Experience in Trades: Knowledge and hands-on experience in trades such as painting, plumbing, gardening, heating, and construction is highly regarded.

  • Self-Motivation: Strong ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize workloads effectively.

  • Quality-Oriented: Focused on delivering work to the highest standards, with great attention to detail.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Able to multi-task efficiently and stay productive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

  • Flexible Working Hours: Open to varying hours based on the needs of the business.


Salary/Remuneration: From 13.30 euro/hour


Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours
