Key Responsibilities


  • Daily Workload Oversight: Manage daily maintenance tasks effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.

  • Regular Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve any issues related to equipment, instrumentation, or control systems.

  • Up-to-Date Procedures: Keep maintenance procedures updated, ensuring they reflect the latest safety and technical standards.

  • Efficient Repair Handling: Ensure that repairs are carried out promptly to reduce equipment downtime.

  • Facility Maintenance and Upkeep: Assist in the upkeep and refurbishment of facilities to maintain high operational standards.

  • Effective Communication: Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

  • Health and Safety Standards: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols in all maintenance activities.


Requirements


  • Preferred Certifications: Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications are desirable.

  • Trade Expertise: Experience in various trades, including plumbing, heating, painting, gardening, and construction, is a plus.

  • Time Management: Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to Quality: High standards of workmanship with a keen eye for detail in every project.

  • Ability to Multitask: Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

  • Flexibility in Hours: Willingness to adjust working hours when necessary to meet job requirements.


Salary/Remuneration: From 13.30 euro/hour


Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours
