Responsibilities
Efficient Task Management: Proactively manage daily workload to ensure that resources are utilized effectively and all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Preventive Maintenance Execution: Perform regular preventive maintenance routines to keep equipment and systems in optimal condition.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with processes, equipment, instrumentation, and control systems.
Procedure Updates: Ensure all maintenance procedures are current and in line with industry standards.
Timely Repairs: Guarantee that all repairs are completed quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
Team Support: Collaborate as part of a team to maintain and refurbish facilities, ensuring all systems remain functional and up to date.
Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate effectively with all departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
Health & Safety Adherence: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Essential Requirements
Certifications: Safe Pass and Manual Handling training are a plus.
Trade Experience: Experience in one or more of the following trades: painting, plumbing, gardening, heating, or construction is beneficial.
Proactive Work Ethic: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
Quality Focus: Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours Flexibility: Open to flexible working hours as required by the role.
Salary/Remuneration: From 13.30 euro/hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours
