Staff Direct are currently seeking a Part Time, Healthcare Supervisor in Galway City for immediate start. Staff Direct specialize in placing skilled professionals throughout Ireland and we are seeking an individual to help deliver the highest standard of quality to our clients.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring all cleaning standards are met consistently, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards, proactively managing the performance of teams, completing attendance records, providing leadership and guidance to the team and supporting the contract manager as required.

HCA Requirements:

·         Experience as a Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a Healthcare setting

·         Knowledge of HIQA standards essential

·         Proof of eligibility to work in Ireland

·       Self-motivated and a team leader

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent time keeping and attendance

Salary/Remuneration: Depending on Experience

Expected Hours: 12 per week
